Refund & Cancellation Policy

We want you to feel confident about your purchase. This policy explains how to cancel a subscription, how to request a refund, and any applicable time limits or fees. It applies to all purchases made on purenature.yoga.

1. Cancelling a Subscription

You can cancel your Monthly or Annual subscription at any time, with no cancellation fee, in either of these ways:

  • Online (instant): Sign in and go to your Account page, then click "Cancel Subscription." Your recurring billing stops immediately.
  • By email: Send a request to aloha@purenature.yoga and we will cancel it for you, typically within one business day.

When you cancel, you will not be charged again, and you keep full access until the end of the billing period you have already paid for. After that date, your subscription will not renew.

2. Subscription Refunds

  • 14-day money-back guarantee: If you are not satisfied, contact us within 14 days of your initial subscription charge for a full refund of that charge.
  • Renewal charges: If a renewal charge was made and you contact us within 5 days of that charge — and have not streamed any classes during the new billing period — we will issue a full refund of the renewal.
  • Outside of these windows, payments for the current period are non-refundable, but you may cancel to prevent future charges. There are no fees to cancel.

3. Individual Course Refunds

One-time course purchases may be refunded within 14 days of purchase, provided you have viewed less than 25% of the course content. After 14 days, or once more than 25% of the course has been viewed, the purchase is non-refundable.

4. How to Request a Refund

Email aloha@purenature.yoga with the email address on your account and the transaction date. We respond to every request and aim to resolve it within one business day. Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days depending on your bank or card issuer.

5. No Hidden Fees

There are no cancellation fees, setup fees, or penalties of any kind. You only pay the published subscription or course price.
