These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the PureNature Yoga website and services at purenature.yoga (the "Service"), operated by PureNature Yoga ("we", "us", or "our"). By creating an account or making a purchase, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility & Accounts

You must be at least 18 years old to make a purchase. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. Please notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

2. The Service

PureNature Yoga provides streaming access to pre-recorded and live yoga, breathwork, and meditation classes. Access is granted on a subscription basis or through one-time purchases of individual courses, as described on our Pricing page.

3. Pricing

• Monthly Subscription: $29.99 per month.
• Annual Subscription: $249.99 per year.
• Individual Courses: one-time purchase at the price listed on each course page.

All prices are in U.S. dollars. We may change prices from time to time; any change to your subscription price will be communicated in advance and will apply only to future billing periods.

4. Subscriptions & Recurring Billing

Subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis — monthly for the Monthly plan and annually for the Annual plan. You must expressly opt in to recurring billing at checkout. By checking the authorization box and completing your purchase, you authorize PureNature Yoga to charge your payment method the applicable subscription fee automatically at the start of each billing period until you cancel.

Your subscription renews automatically at the then-current price unless you cancel before the renewal date. We will send an email receipt after each charge.

5. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time, with no cancellation fee, directly from your Account page using the "Cancel Subscription" button, or by emailing aloha@purenature.yoga. When you cancel, recurring billing stops immediately and you retain access until the end of your current paid billing period. Full details are in our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

6. Refunds

Refunds are handled in accordance with our Refund & Cancellation Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms.

7. License & Acceptable Use

We grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to stream our content for your own personal, non-commercial use. You may not download (except where expressly offered), copy, redistribute, publicly perform, or resell any content. Account sharing is not permitted.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the Service — including videos, audio, text, graphics, and logos — is owned by or licensed to PureNature Yoga and is protected by intellectual property laws. Card brand logos displayed on the Service are the property of their respective owners.

9. Health Disclaimer

Yoga and physical exercise carry inherent risks. Our classes are for general wellness and are not medical advice. Consult a physician before beginning any exercise program. You participate at your own risk and assume responsibility for your own health and safety.

10. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, PureNature Yoga is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may close your account at any time by contacting us.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Hawai'i, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles.
